Returns & Exchange Policy

7-day window

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with all original tags intact.

How to start a return

Write to guroor.care@gmail.com with your order code and the item(s) you want to return or exchange. We will confirm the pickup or drop-off instructions by email.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days: to your original payment method for online orders, or via UPI/bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges follow the same 7-day process — mention the replacement size/colour in your email and we will arrange it subject to availability.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed.
